Business Intelligence + Growth

How We
Work

Every engagement starts the same way: we find out what your numbers actually say, then decide what to do about it. Diagnose first, execute second.

We don’t start with a proposal. We start with a diagnosis.

Most companies already have data — in a CRM, an ad account, a POS or accounting system, and a few spreadsheets. Each one tells part of the story. None of them tell you which customers are worth the most, which marketing actually produced revenue, or where the next dollar should go. So we audit what exists, put whatever is trustworthy to work, and where it isn’t there we build the system and start clean measurement going forward.

How It Works

From first call to ongoing growth

01

Fit call

A 20–30 minute conversation to confirm fit and define the business question you need answered. No pitch deck.

02

Discovery

We inventory the systems and data you already have and how the business is measured today, then determine what’s trustworthy, what needs cleanup and what’s missing.

03

Analysis

Sales and funnel performance, marketing attribution, revenue and service mix, customer economics, and competitive and market position.

04

Findings + roadmap

An executive review session covering what’s happening, the KPIs leadership should be watching, the highest-impact opportunities, and a 90-day priority roadmap.

05

Execution + measurement

You own the roadmap and can run it internally, or we stay on — as a fractional intelligence and growth function, or on a focused project from the roadmap.

The Front Door

Business Intelligence + Growth Audit

$3,500 fixed | typically 2–3 weeks

A paid diagnostic, not a sales call — for companies that know their reporting isn’t good enough but can’t yet say what’s broken. Fixed scope, fixed price, and it stands on its own with no ongoing retainer required.

What we assess

  • Existing systems, data sources and the gaps between them.
  • CRM and lead flow, sales pipeline and conversion.
  • Revenue and service mix, customer acquisition and retention.
  • Marketing attribution, website and organic search performance.
  • Existing reporting and KPIs, and the quality of historical data.
  • Competitive and market position, and growth opportunities.

What you get

  • Executive Findings Report — what’s happening, what matters, and where attention is needed.
  • Business KPI Framework — the metrics ownership should actually be watching.
  • Data + Systems Map — where information lives today and how it connects.
  • Growth Opportunity Map — the highest-impact opportunities across sales, marketing, systems and operations.
  • 90-Day Priority Roadmap — what happens first, second and third.
  • Executive Review Session — we walk leadership through the findings and the decisions.

Where useful history exists we audit it and put it to work. Where it doesn’t, we say so and build clean measurement going forward.

After the Audit

Two ways we keep going

You own the roadmap either way. Most companies keep us involved for the execution and the measurement that follows.

Fractional Intelligence + Growth

An embedded intelligence and growth function: monthly executive KPI review, dashboard and reporting oversight, sales and lead analysis, marketing performance and market monitoring, a monthly leadership strategy session, and continuously updated 90-day priorities — coordinated across your internal team and outside resources.

From $3,500 / month · three-month initial engagement

Focused Projects

A single defined piece of the roadmap: a dashboard build, a CRM cleanup or data integration, analytics implementation, a market study, or a growth campaign and the brand and website work behind it.

Scoped per project

Hosting, maintenance and ongoing marketing support are a closed offering, available to our existing long-term growth partners. We’re at capacity and aren’t taking on new clients for those services — new marketing work happens inside Fractional or as a focused project attached to a growth roadmap.
